By downloading, installing, or accessing the WallpaperVerse mobile application (the "Service"), you agree to be strictly bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must immediately uninstall and discontinue using our Service. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Aeroloom Studio.

2. Description of Service

WallpaperVerse provides a premium collection of static and dynamic (Live) wallpapers. Users can access certain wallpapers implicitly for free, while other premium content can be unlocked through our digital virtual currency ("Coins"), rewarded advertisements, or explicit In-App Purchases.

3. Virtual Currency and Transactions

This Service utilizes a virtual currency system ("Coins") and Premium account tiers.

• Coins: You can acquire coins by watching rewarded advertisements or logging in daily. Coins possess no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• In-App Purchases (IAP): We offer optional purchases such as a Weekly Subscription or a Lifetime Unlock package. Payments are processed entirely and safely through Google Play Billing. You agree to Google Play's own transaction terms when conducting purchases.
• Refund Policy: Since digital products are immediately consumed or unlocked, we typically do not offer refunds outside the standardized guarantee window defined strictly by Google Play. If you believe there has been a billing error, you must contact Google Play Support directly.

4. User Conduct Restrictions

You agree not to use the Service in any unauthorized manner. Specifically, you agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, hack, modify, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
• Interfere with, bypass, or manipulate the advertising network scripts or the virtual coin system to gain unauthorized resources.
• Employ automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or other unauthorized means to access or scrape our app's content or backend API.

5. Intellectual Property

All content included in the Service—such as text, graphics, logos, images, software, and compilation of visual information—is the property of Aeroloom Studio or its direct network of licensors and is strictly protected by international copyright laws.

Content Authorship: We guarantee that no content in the app is willfully extracted or copied from unauthorized external registries. All content is natively synthesized, crafted, or legitimately secured. For any copyright inquiries, refer to our DMCA / Copyright Policy.

6. Third-Party Links & Ads

Our Service relies on third-party advertisement networks to subsidize free operations. Such networks are external services. We are not responsible or liable for any content, behavior, or consequential damages resulting from those external web properties or ads.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to ensure stable functionality, Aeroloom Studio makes no guarantees that the app will function flawlessly or without interruption on every Android configuration. In no realistic event shall Aeroloom Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app, including loss of data.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any given time. Notifications regarding fundamental revisions will be adequately presented within the app or updated alongside the Last Updated label on this page. Modifying the app usage continuously inherently establishes acceptance of the modified Terms.
