WallpaperVerse is designed with your privacy in mind. We believe in transparency and minimal data collection. This app operates primarily offline. We (Aeroloom Studio) do NOT collect, store, or transmit any personal information about you. However, our advertising partners (for free users) may collect certain data as described below.
WallpaperVerse uses a fair reward system so you can access premium content without paying. Here's how it works:
- Downloading Premium Wallpapers: You can download premium wallpapers by either unlocking them with 60 coins or by watching 2 rewarded advertisements.
- Earning Coins: You can earn coins through our Daily Login Rewards system or by watching short video ads (20 coins per ad).
- Ad Constraint for Pro: If you are a Pro or Lifetime user, you will enjoy an entirely ad-free experience. If you are a free user, you will be shown ads. However, to maintain a high-quality experience, we strictly limit the number of intrusive ads shown per day.

By using WallpaperVerse, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our app.
WallpaperVerse values your privacy. We collect only what is necessary to run the app:
- Wallpaper Metadata: We use Firebase to store and retrieve wallpaper names, categories, and image links (JSON data) so the app stays updated.
- User Requests: If you use the "Request a Wallpaper" tool, we receive the text you provide.
- Billing Data: Processed securely by Google Play to manage your premium access.
If you use the free version with ads, our advertising partners may collect:
- Advertising ID: A unique, user-resettable identifier for advertising
- Device Information: Device type, OS version, screen size
- Approximate Location: General location based on IP address (not precise GPS)
- Ad Interactions: Which ads you view or click
- App Usage Data: Time spent in app (for ad frequency capping)
Important: This data is collected by ad networks (like Google AdMob), NOT by us. We do not have access to this data. You can remove ads entirely with our "Remove Ads" ($0.99) or "Complete Bundle" ($4.99) purchase.
The app stores the following data locally on your device only (never transmitted to our servers):
- App Preferences: Theme settings (light/dark mode), haptic feedback preferences
- Favorites: Wallpapers you mark as favorites
- Purchase Status: Record of in-app purchases (managed by Google Play)
- Onboarding Status: Whether you've completed the initial app tour
Important: All this data stays on your device and is never uploaded to any server. When you uninstall the app, all local data is automatically deleted.
WallpaperVerse integrates with the following third-party services:
This app strictly uses Firebase (database) to deliver the JSON data of wallpaper names and links to your device.
Required for secure payments. Google handles all transaction details; we never see your credit card. Review Google's Privacy Policy.
Important Distinction: WallpaperVerse app itself does not collect advertising data. However, to support free access, we integrate third-party advertising networks that collect data independently.
What advertising partners may collect (not collected by us):
- Advertising ID: A unique, user-resettable identifier for advertising purposes
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, screen size
- Ad Interactions: Which ads you view, click, or interact with
- General Location: Approximate location based on IP address (not precise GPS)
- App Usage: Time spent in app, frequency of use (for ad frequency capping)
We integrate the following advertising networks (they collect data independently, not through us):

- Other ad networks compliant with Google Play policies
We do not have access to the data collected by ad networks. They operate independently and are governed by their own privacy policies.
You can opt out of personalized advertising:
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
- Or purchase "Remove Ads" ($0.99) or "Complete Bundle" ($4.99) to remove all ads permanently and stop all ad-related data collection
WallpaperVerse offers a freemium model with optional one-time purchases:
- Weekly Sub: Unlocks premium wallpapers and removes advertisements for 7 days.
- Lifetime Unlock: A one-time payment for lifetime access to premium wallpapers and no ads.
- Plan Types: We offer both a Weekly Subscription (recurring) and Lifetime Access (one-time payment).
- Secure Processing: All transactions are processed securely through Google Play Billing. We do not handle or store payment information.
- Automatic Restoration: Google Play automatically restores your purchases when you reinstall the app or switch devices (using the same Google account).
- No Refunds by Developer: All refund requests must be made through Google Play within 48 hours of purchase. We cannot process refunds directly.
Free users will see advertisements to support app development and maintenance. Users who purchase the Weekly Subscription or Lifetime Unlock will not see any advertisements.
- Banner Ads: Small ads displayed at the top or bottom of screens
- Rewarded Ads: Video ads that you can choose to watch to earn in-game coins
Ad Frequency: We limit ad frequency to ensure a good user experience. Ads are shown moderately and do not interfere with core app functionality.
Our advertising partners may use your Advertising ID and usage data to show personalized ads relevant to your interests. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings:
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
- Reset Advertising ID: Settings → Google → Ads → Reset advertising ID
WallpaperVerse requests the following Android permissions to run its features effectively:
- INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Needed to load wallpapers from our database and show ads.
- BILLING: Required for Google Play in-app purchases and subscriptions.
- AD_ID: Allows ad networks to access Advertising ID (required by Google Play to show ads).
- SET_WALLPAPER & BIND_WALLPAPER: Required to apply static and live wallpapers to your device.
- VIBRATE: Used for haptic feedback when you tap buttons.
- POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Used to notify you about new wallpapers or rewards.
- WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Only requested on older Android versions to download images to your gallery.
- BIND_NOTIFICATION_LISTENER_SERVICE & BIND_APPWIDGET: Required strictly to operate the Music Widget on your home screen.
- SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM & RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: Required for the Auto Wallpaper Changer feature.
- ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION / ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION: Included for location-based ads or weather widgets functionality.
We take data security seriously:
- Local Storage: All app data is stored securely using Android's encrypted SharedPreferences
- No Servers: We don't operate any servers that store user data
- No Data Transmission: Your preferences and favorites never leave your device
- Secure Payments: All payment processing is handled by Google Play's secure infrastructure
- Third-Party Security: Ad networks have their own security measures (see their privacy policies)
While we implement security measures, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of data stored on your device. Please keep your device secure with a lock screen password/PIN.

We actively monitor for unauthorized use of our content. Violations may result in:
- DMCA takedown notices
- Legal action for copyright infringement
- Account termination and loss of purchase access
WallpaperVerse is designed for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
If you believe we may have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at aeroloomstudio@gmail.com, and we will take steps to delete it.
WallpaperVerse is available worldwide through Google Play Store.
- Our Data: Since we don't collect or transmit personal data, there are no international data transfers from us
- Ad Partner Data: Advertising partners may transfer data internationally as described in their privacy policies
- Google Play Data: Purchase data is handled by Google Play according to their privacy policy
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we comply with GDPR:
- Right to Access: Since we don't collect data, there's no data to access
- Right to Deletion: Uninstalling the app deletes all local data
- Right to Portability: Not applicable as no data is collected
- Right to Object: You can opt out of personalized ads in device settings

All purchases are processed and managed by Google Play. We comply with Google Play's refund policies:
- 48-Hour Window: You can request a refund within 48 hours of purchase directly through Google Play
- How to Request:
- Open Google Play Store app
- Tap Menu → Account → Order History
- Find the purchase → Tap "Request a refund"
- Select reason and submit
- After 48 Hours: Contact Google Play support for refund requests after the 48-hour window
If you experience technical issues preventing you from using purchased features:

- If we cannot resolve it, we'll guide you through the Google Play refund process
- All purchases are one-time payments with lifetime access

- Refund eligibility is determined by Google Play's terms and conditions
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. When we make changes:

- Significant changes will be announced in the app
- Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance
